Notice your automatic patterns.
Feel what moves beneath them.

Begin living with more clarity and choice

Paths to Presence offers Enneagram-informed coaching and workshops that help you notice the automatic patterns you’re already living from, often without realizing it,
and learn to work with them in real time.

This is a practice of turning awareness into lived change:
in how you respond, relate, and make decisions in daily life.

ABOUT THE WORK

Personal growth is not about fixing yourself.

It is about noticing your patterns as they arise, and learning how to pause, interrupt, and choose how you want to respond.

The Enneagram is a map of attention, motivation, and behavior. It helps you see not just what you do, but why you do it.

In this work, you begin to:

  • Notice patterns that once felt automatic

  • Understand what drives your reactions

  • Create space between impulse and response

  • Make more conscious decisions in daily life

Each session is tailored to meet you where you are so awareness becomes something you can actually use, not just understand.

The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a map of nine human patterns: how we focus attention, make meaning, and respond under stress.

It helps you understand why you do what you do, and recognize when familiar patterns are running the show.

You begin to notice:

  • How your attention narrows in familiar ways

  • What patterns shape your reactions

  • Where you lose, and regain, presence

Personal growth isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about seeing yourself clearly enough to respond with more choice in how you live.
