SERVICES
Awareness brings movement where there was once habit, and choice where there was once compulsion.
Working with the Enneagram becomes even more powerful in relationship - when we are seen, heard, and supported. These offerings support individuals and groups in deepening self-awareness, cultivating compassion, and encouraging meaningful growth.

If you’re new to the Enneagram, a Typing Consultation is a natural starting point.
My background is unusual for an Enneagram practitioner. Before coaching, I spent years as a healthcare Chaplain and as a program coordinator doing peer support work with healthcare providers — people in high-pressure environments where self-awareness isn't a luxury, it's what keeps you functional. That context shapes how I work: practically and with real respect for how difficult genuine self-examination is.
The people who tend to find this work most useful are curious, willing to be honest, and ready to do more than understand themselves intellectually.

Enneagram Typing Consultation
$125 • 1 hour • Virtual
This is a guided conversation designed to help you clarify your Enneagram type by listening for long‑standing patterns that have been present across your life—often operating beneath conscious awareness.
Rather than relying on questionnaires or self‑report, this conversation creates space to notice how these patterns emerge through story, reflection, and lived experience. Because Enneagram type is rooted in motivation rather than behavior, a relational, conversation‑based approach is often more revealing than an online test.
In this session, we often explore:
Patterns that have been consistent across different seasons of your life
Habits and responses that tend to happen automatically
What seems to drive your choices beneath behavior and story
How these patterns point toward a likely Enneagram motivation
Based on what emerges, I offer a working hypothesis of the Enneagram type that best fits what I’m hearing. This is not a definitive answer for only you can determine what truly motivates you. The goal is to give you a clear, grounded starting point for further reflection and growth.
Enneagram Coaching
$125 • 1 hour • Virtual
This is ongoing, one‑to‑one coaching focused on the patterns that tend to show up again and again, especially the ones that shape how you live, relate, and make decisions.
Together, we explore how these patterns operate in real time: how they shape your reactions, influence your decisions, and either support or quietly derail your intentions.
Sessions offer space to slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and practice responding with greater clarity and choice.
In this work, we often focus on:
Recognizing patterns as they arise in real time
Exploring what’s happening beneath automatic habits and reactions
Creating space between impulse and response
Practicing more intentional ways of relating, deciding, and engaging
This work is Enneagram‑informed, but not about fixing yourself or trying to become a “better” version of your type. It’s a practical, supportive space for awareness that actually changes how you engage and respond.
Unlike generic coaching frameworks, the Enneagram identifies the specific motivation underneath your patterns — not just what you do, but why the pattern exists and what it's been protecting. That precision changes what's possible in the work.

Enneagram Teaching
For teams, organizations, and groups • $ Varies
This work supports groups in developing shared language, deeper self‑awareness, and more effective ways of working together, especially in environments where communication, stress, and differing perspectives matter.
Rather than teaching the Enneagram as a personality system to master, these sessions focus on helping people recognize patterns of attention, communication, and reaction as they show up in real group dynamics. The emphasis is on understanding motivation, increasing empathy, and creating space for healthier interaction.
In these sessions, groups often explore:
How different patterns shape communication, conflict, and collaboration
What tends to show up under pressure, stress, or change
How increased self‑awareness supports trust and psychological safety
Practical ways to apply insight to everyday interactions and decision‑making
When a team understands the Enneagram, they're not just learning communication styles — they're learning what each person is actually trying to protect, and why conflict tends to follow predictable patterns. That understanding changes the quality of collaboration in ways that surface-level team-building doesn't reach.
Workshops are tailored to the needs, size, and context of each group, and can range from short introductions to half‑day or multi‑session offerings. Teaching is grounded in lived experience, reflection, and dialogue, so insight translates into real shifts in how people work together.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom”
— Viktor Frankl
